Learn how to create practical maps for your property.

GLENRAC’s recent Natural Disaster Preparedness workshops have revealed the importance of having up-to-date mapping of your property’s important items for when emergencies hit. These can include internal tracks, access points for emergency vehicles, locations of dams or water tanks with Storz fittings for RFS appliances.

In this workshop, Jamie Barwick, from the University of New England will lead you through how to:

  • map your property boundary

  • map paddocks and important farm infrastructure

  • export or print maps

  • access map online
