Maximise Your Time Management & Productivity with Bec Fing from House Paddock and Training Consulting

30th Oct 2019

An exciting workshop is coming to Glen Innes this month aimed at helping business owners, managers and up-and-comers to be more personally effective in their workplace.

Delivered by the Founder and Managing Director of Goondiwindi based House Paddock Training and Consulting, Rebecca Fing, the Maximise Your Time Management and Productivity workshop will assist attendees in developing the foundation skills and habits of any successful enterprise, including analysing personal and work values and how these shape a business, understanding different personalities, time management and organisation, planning and goal setting.

Established in 2005, Ms Fing has been assisting industries, groups, businesses and individuals to manage their business through workshop training, coaching, project management and facilitation.

“I have been on over 400 farms and businesses in a training capacity, from Emerald to the Adelaide Hills. I have realised over the course of my work that the biggest drawback to the success of any business isn’t the policies and procedures, it’s the personal effectiveness of the individuals – not only in how they manage their workplace and the people in it, but in how they manage themselves,” says Ms Fing.

“I am passionate about helping people establish systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness from both a business and personal perspective. We really can have it all, we just need to get the right systems in place.”

Megan Adams, an agronomist and primary producer based in Moree, and a previous participant of this workshop, said the tips and tricks provided on the day made a huge difference in the development of her industry: “This workshop is such a great opportunity to broaden your own skills and develop your own business. I would highly recommend it to anyone – you think you don’t have time to do it, when really, you can’t afford NOT to do it!”
